Our full home inspection is a visual examination of the major systems and physical structure of the home including the roof, attic, ceiling, walls, flooring, foundation/crawlspace, mechanical systems (heating and cooling), as well as plumbing and electrical systems. Our same day, easy-to-read report contains all concerns and problems found (if any) during inspection.

A Wind Mitigation inspection is a visual examination of the safety and building techniques used for resistance to extreme winds produced by storms. Insurance providers in Florida are required to offer discounts and credits to homes which meet the windstorm protection standards. Ask your insurance provider if you are receiving a discount. A 4-Point Inspection checks the 4 major systems of the home: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and roof. Insurance providers typically require 4-point inspections on homes 30 years of age or more. It is also a great inspection to have performed on a yearly basis for proper upkeep of the home.
